Warrie founded Warrie Holman & Associates with the mission to provide a unique coaching and advisory service to help develop the next generation of leaders and create high performing teams.

After serving more than 20 years as a manager working for some of the biggest and most recognised brands in the world such as IBM & Newcrest Mining, Warrie saw first hand the challenges organisations face in developing leaders and teams.

Leveraging over two decades of experience, a formal qualification in coaching and behavioural profiling Warrie helps organisations develop and retain top talent.

As the lead advisor, Warrie provides one on one coaching, behavioural profiling, keynote speaking and group training for companies looking to achieve greater levels of performance within their leadership teams.

This is specifically for small to medium teams looking to become more effective in how they perform. Achieved through firstly profiling each individual member, from there completing an entire team profile and finally developing customised action steps for the team and individual to create a healthier working environment with far more productive communication.

Coaching / Advisory

As you develop in your career often you can get to a point where you feel like something’s not quite right, lost purpose or feeling like you are stuck. Warrie helps individuals create success on their own terms by being their trusted advisor and confidente. This is achieved by working one on one and creating customised action steps for each individual.

Keynote Speaking

Warrie is a consummate professional when it comes to public speaking, being able to communicate ideas and topics clearly, leveraging stories which engage and captivate audiences. This, therefore, inspires them to be better, think better and motivated to achieve more in their careers. These can be booked in 30 minute or 1-hour keynote spots.
